Team App

Team App is a platform designed to help sports clubs, community groups, and organisations manage communication with their members. It's a practical tool solving a real problem — group communication is chaotic without the right infrastructure. The website needed to communicate that value clearly to two different audiences: the team admins who set it up, and the members who use it.

The challenge

Dual-audience products are tricky to design for. If you write for the admin, you lose the member. If you write for the member, you lose the admin. The site needed a structure that addressed both groups clearly — which meant thinking carefully about information hierarchy and user flow before touching the design.

What we built

The site was built in Webflow with a clean, approachable design that communicates simplicity and ease of use — appropriate for a product whose main selling point is reducing friction in group management.

The homepage leads with the primary value proposition and quickly branches to separate flows for the two audiences. Admins are shown setup and customisation features; members are shown the experience of being connected to their club. Both paths are short and end with a clear action.

Webflow's responsive tools were used to ensure the site works equally well on all screen sizes. Given that many sports club members will be checking the site on a phone between training sessions, mobile performance was a particular priority.

Outcome

The Team App site communicates a complex dual-audience value proposition cleanly and efficiently. Both admin and member audiences can quickly understand the product and take action, supporting the platform's goal of broad adoption across sports and community groups.
