Al Rakha Pharmacy needed a digital presence that reflected the care and professionalism of their physical service. Pharmacies operate in a high-trust context — customers are making decisions about their health. A dated or unclear website undermines confidence before a customer even walks through the door.
The challenge
The pharmacy's previous online presence didn't reflect the quality of their service. It was difficult to navigate, unclear about what was offered, and didn't communicate the warmth and expertise their customers experience in person. The goal was to close that gap.
What we built
The site was designed with a clean, clinical aesthetic — white space, clear typography, and a calm colour palette that communicates health and hygiene without feeling cold. The layout prioritises information clarity: services are listed plainly, contact details are prominent, and the most common customer needs (finding the pharmacy, checking opening hours, getting in touch) are answered immediately on the homepage.
Webflow CMS was used to structure the services section, making it easy for the pharmacy team to add or update offerings without needing developer support. The mobile layout was given particular attention, since many pharmacy customers will be searching on a phone when they're already out and about.
The contact flow was designed to be as low-friction as possible. A single, simple form handles all enquiries. No unnecessary steps, no confusing options.
Outcome
Al Rakha now has a website that works as hard as the team behind it. Customers get the information they need quickly, and the professional presentation builds confidence before they even pick up the phone.
